Revival Rugs Refund and Return

Revival Rugs offers a comprehensive refund and return policy for its customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it within 30 calendar days of receiving your full order. The return policy provides two options:

1. Shop Now Option: This allows you to replace your purchase with a different item immediately. For those in the contiguous US, an extra 10% of the spent amount is offered as store credit towards a replacement item, up to a maximum of $100.
2. Get a Refund Option: This gives you the choice to receive a refund either to your original payment method or as store credit. If you opt for store credit and reside in the contiguous US, you receive an additional 10% of the initial amount spent towards future purchases, up to $100.

Returns within the contiguous US are free if you choose store credit, except for furniture and lighting. However, if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a restocking fee is applied.

This fee varies depending on the product type. For rugs, textiles, and accessories returned to their warehouse, a flat $20 restocking fee is charged. This fee helps partially offset the costs incurred for shipping and processing returns.

All returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unused, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a refund. Bedding and bath bundles must be returned in entirety, and individual bedding and bath items will be donated.

Once the returned items are received and inspected at their warehouse, a refund is issued, less any applicable fees, and taxes are refunded as per state laws​.
